I had brought nero 8 in the past and it worked brilliantly with my windows xp, obviously i had to update the product just to get it it working just right but apart from that no problems it worked how i wanted it too . Anyway i had to buy a new nero as i had upgraded to windows 7 and as nero 8 wasnt compatible, nero 9 was the next best option.
I have had nothing but trouble when it was installed, i couldnt burn dvd, it would crash and crash and crash, i would go to nero update site and still no joy. This product really let me down as nero 8 was so good. I have now taken nero 9 of my computer totally and is in the box where it is best kept.
My advice would be stay away from nero 9 and try nero 10 multimedia suite and maybe that one wont give you as much trouble as nero 9 gave me, or even better just stay away from nero all together like i did!
I have now managed to find a new burning programme which works great, good bye NERO!!

This was my first Nero product and its pretty easy to use.
Only really needed the cd burning software so just instaled Nero Express/Burning Rom and cover designer
No probs installing but be warned...the "RELOADED" bit refers to full windows 7 compatability,
but you need to download the 9.4.26 patch to get full W7 compatability (easy to do and free from the NERO website)
had a few probs getting burn settings right but once sorted seems to do what its supposed to do
All in all a good package, especially if you want all the features (and there are loads !)
Would recommend if you are looking for a reliable burning package
